How We Use AI

IDEA works on company visibility in AI search and on marketing automation. We use AI every day, so we are open about how.

1. On this website

1. Some text and images on this website were created with the help of AI tools. A person reviews and approves all content.
2. If the website offers an AI chat or assistant, we tell you so when it opens, before you start the conversation (Article 50 of the EU AI Act). You can always ask to speak to a person.

2. In client work

1. We use AI agents and tools for analysis, audits, content creation and automation. A human IDEA specialist is responsible for the result.
2. We label AI-generated content for clients as required by law and by the contract.
3. We do not enter confidential client data into tools that use it to train models.

3. Your data

1. Form enquiries may be pre-analysed by AI, for example to draft a reply or an audit. Before that, we remove names, email addresses, phone numbers and other details that could identify you, so AI tools do not receive your personal data. A person decides on the offer.
2. We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing (Article 22 GDPR).
